For the interior of this home, we performed drywall repairs prior to applying a custom color scheme to the ceilings and walls. The trim was recaulked and painted in a semi-gloss finish. For the exterior of this home, we replaced rotting wood in the soffit and facia board, stripped existing paint from the front door and applied two coats of 100% exterior latex semi-gloss to previously painted substrates.
